After 5 year of dedicate in building, Mr. & Mrs. Sieu Van Ta succeeded in building the An Chau Marketplace. With a new oportunity and a strong believe in the growing of the Vietnamese-American community in Raleigh and surrounding area, the couples determined to move on and build the first Vietnamese-American retail center in Raleigh.
